Theresa A. Hoefel

Theresa A. Hoefel (Memere), 90, from West Warwick, Rhode Island, and a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2021. She is survived by her grandchildren, Zachary Hoefel and wife LeeAnn, kids, Elena and Mason of Rio Rancho, NM, Dustin Hoefel and his wife Kelsey, kids Colby and Blake of Edgewood, NM. Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Noral “Red” Hoefel; and her son and daughter-in-law, David and Suzanne Hoefel.

Theresa was a devout Catholic who was a member of Holy Ghost Parish in Albuquerque, NM.  Theresa was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Red and Theresa opened Reds Automotive Service in Albuquerque in 1970, that their grandson Dustin owns and operates to this day.

Rosary will be recited on Thursday, August 26, 2021, 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Lomas.  Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 27, 2021, 10:00 a.m. at Holy Child Parish in Tijeras, NM, with Father Granito, Celebrant.
