Nancy Ellen (White) Salyers
August 3, 1943 — July 26, 2017
Nancy Salyers, 73, beloved mother, was called to her eternal resting place on July 26, 2017. She entered this world on August 3, 1943 in South Bend, IN, born to Harold and Mary White. She is survived by her brother, Nolan White and wife, DeAnn White; sisters, Naomi Carroll and Eileen R. Coyne; son, Darrell Salyers; daughter-in-law, Nilsa Diaz; nieces, Patricia Sandling, Susan Garretson, Sheryl Brindle, Diana Keene, Cynthia Bean, and Kristy Hinkle; and nephews, Brian White, Kristopher Carroll, and Kevin Carroll.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Darrell Salyers Jr., Kristopher Salyers, Joel Perez, Alex Salyers, Charlotte Salyers, and Charles Salyers.
Nancy was a loved sister, aunt, mother, and grandmother to her entire family and she will be forever missed. She was a licensed nurse for over 40 years, a career which she loved. Nancy enjoyed reading a good book, spending time with her family, and watching reruns of her favorite tv shows from the past.
