Mae Beth (Scott) Hanson

On August 16, 2022, Mae Beth Hanson went home to be with her Savior Jesus Christ at age 94. She was born on November 3, 1927 and raised in Texas. It was there she met & married the love of her life, Charles B. Hanson, on July 15, 1945. They served the Lord faithfully & raised a loving family. New Mexico has been their home for the last 50 years. Mae Beth and C.B. attended church at First Family Church & Heritage Fellowship. She most recently attended Trinity Family Church. Mae Beth was also a proud member of the Beta Sigma Phi sorority for 60+ years. She honored the Lord with her life, adored her husband, and loved & treasured her family & friends. Her sweet spirit, bright smile, & endearing giggle will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Mae Beth was preceded in death by her husband, C.B. Hanson. She is survived by her children: Linda Wood; Carol Martinez; Clark Hanson & his wife, Gail; three granddaughters and four great-grandchildren; her sister, Viv Barnes and family; her niece, Dorothy Ann Scott; and nephew T.K. Scott and family.

Services will be on Tuesday, August 30th, at FRENCH-Wyoming. Viewing at 3pm. Service at 4pm.
