JoAnne Abbott

JoAnne Abbott, age 80, passed away September 27, 2016. She was born in Crookston, MN to Andrew and Clara Anderson on July 2, 1936. She attended North Dakota State University where she became a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority. JoAnne married Roger Abbott in 1957 and they were blessed with two children, Nancy Farley (Dave) and David (Debbie). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Dale and Ashley Abbott; and her siblings, June Frederickson, Marilyn Mann, and John Anderson. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roger; her grandson, Michael Farley; and her brother, Wayne Anderson. JoAnne was a longtime member of Faith Lutheran Church. She loved to cook, sew and play bridge.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 12, 2016, 1:30 p.m., at Faith Lutheran Church, 10,000 Spain Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87111. If desired, memorial gifts may be made to Faith Lutheran Church.
