Jeffrey Allen Pierce

Jeffrey Allen Pierce,48, passed away on Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Rust Memorial Medical Center in Rio Rancho NM.

Jeff was born September 16, 1973 in Lima, OH to Sandy and Ray Pierce. He is survived by his wife, Alissa; son, AJ (Candace); and daughters, Delia, Maddy and Kenzey; mother, Sandy; brothers, Tim (Cheryl), Matt (Jillin); sisters, Sheryl (Jason), Karissa (Justin); and many other loved ones. He was preceded in death by his father, Ray; and stepfather, Butch.

Jeff graduated from Northside High School in Fort Wayne, IN in 1992. In 1994 he met and married his wife and they later made New Mexico their home with their four children.

Jeff was Senior Commander of the Royal Rangers program at Tramway Community Church for many years where he poured himself into the boys and led them to becoming Godly men.

Jeff worked as a photographer for many years before following his dream of being in law enforcement.

Jeff worked for Bernalillo County Metro Detention Center for the last 13 years. While working for the county he moved up the ranks from Corrections Officer to Sergeant, Lieutenant, and ultimately Captain. He also was a member of the CERT team and worked with CCP. He was also a Union Rep for the AFSME 2499.
He was loved and admired by all who knew him, and he will be greatly missed.

A viewing will be held at FRENCH - Westside on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Services will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022, 2:00 p.m., at Harvest Fellowship, 5331 Montano Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120.
