Jean Montgomery

Jean Montgomery, age 90, much loved mother passed away August 14, 2016 after a brief illness. Jean will be remembered as a steadfast friend with a sense of humor. Jean loved family, travel and music. Jean was raised in a small town Church in Ohio and throughout her life considered herself Methodist. She was a member of Enchanted Mesa Sweet Adeline Chorus, Temple Daughters of the Nile choristers and Nomads. Along with her husband John, Jean helped develop Century 21 Allied Realty.
She is survived by sons, Russ, John Henry, Richard and Robert Montgomery, and sister, Carol Sherwood, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Montgomery and sons, James Montgomery and Glen Montgomery.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, September 20, 2016, 10:00 a.m., at FRENCH - Wyoming. Family and friends are encouraged and welcomed to bring a picture of Jean or a story to tell. Following the service, the urn with Jean's cremated remains will be interred at Sunset Memorial Park alongside those of her husband John.
