Eileen M. Bird

Eileen M. Bird, age 91, of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016. She is survived by her children, Richard Bird (Patricia), Donald Bird (Anita), Diana Rew (Rick), Doug Bird (Annie Jaques) and Dana Bird (Katherine); her grandchildren, Kelly, Ryann, Daniella, Michael, Sarah, Julia, John, Mariah, Ashley, Amanda, Adriana, Cassandra and Trevor; 10 great-grandchildren; and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Dickson Bird, Sr.; and her sister, Shirley Stephenson. She was a dedicated Air Force wife, a loving mother and grandmother as well as a proud volunteer for many organizations.
Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Service on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming. Following, she will be laid to rest privately at Santa Fe National Cemetery alongside her husband.
