Dolores Lucy Sanchez-McGlotten, age 74, was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She was our family's rock and the most loving mother you could ever ask for. Dolores was called to be with the Lord on December 24, 2016. The Lord took Dolores' hand and led her to His kingdom to celebrate His birthday.
Dolores was known for her loving heart and wise words of advice. She lived her life for her two daughters; two grandchildren; and another grandbaby on the way. She was one of a kind and ahead of her time. The love she had for others will never be forgotten.
She is survived by her children, Kristina and Dolores McGlotten; and her grandchildren, Damien McGlotten-Trujillo and Angelique McGlotten-Baldonado. Also touching Dolores' life were Ventura Trujillo and Victor Ponce. Dolores leaves behind her sisters; many cherished nieces; nephews; and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2017, 10:00 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 1818 Coal Place SE. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Albuquerque.
