Charlie Skiff passed away on Friday, September 2, 2016 after a lengthy illness. He was born March 6, 1950 in Denver, CO where he was raised. He spent the majority of his adult life in Albuquerque, NM. He was an adventurous person who enjoyed travel and sports but his true passion was horse racing. Charlie had radio and television shows where he handicapped various races. He had also worked in marketing at The Downs at Albuquerque race track.
Charlie is survived by his loving wife, Sandy; and three brothers, Tony Skiff of Hayward, CA and Richard Skiff and Daniel Skiff, both of Denver, CO.
A private service will be held later. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
