Alice Burroughs, age 87, beloved mother, was called to her eternal resting place on January 28, 2017. Alice was born to Frederick and Alice Bird of Fort Wayne, IN. She was married to Robert B. Burroughs for 38 years. She is survived by her son, Michael Burroughs; daughter-in-law, Denise Burroughs; and grandson, Mark Burroughs. She was a devout member of Saint Mary's Episcopal Church.
Alice loved working and spending time with family and friends.
Memorial Services will be held Wednesday, February 8, 2017, 11:00 a.m., at St. Mary's Episcopal Church, 1500 Chelwood Park Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at Vista Verde Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
