Yolanda Lynne Lucero

It is with great sadness to announce that Yolanda (Yoli) Lynne Lucero of Albuquerque, NM left to be with the Lord on December 10, 2017.

Yoli will be remembered by her four sons, Russell and wife, DeAnn, Derrik, Jeremy, and Andrew. Yoli will also be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, Dorian, A.J., Mariah, Jordan, Joaquin, and Lincoln; along with her great grandchildren, Nehemiah and Ersela. Survivors also include her brothers, Jerry, Mark, Benny; and sisters, Laura and Cindy. Yoli was predeceased in death by her mother, Enedina B. Lucero Escareno; father, Danny Lucero; and her brother, D-Boy.

For those of you that were blessed enough to know her, you would know how great of a person she was. Anyone who met her loved her instantly because of the love she shared. It's because of her that her three sons have such soft hearts. She was always happy and excited to hear about anyone's day and always had a listening ear for times when you needed someone to talk to. This might explain her love for books. She could get lost in a book or lost in someone's story. Just look around the room for whoever is talking and there she would be, with her eyes lifted wide open and a big smile on her face. She was always the perfect audience the way she would listen to stories with the greatest anticipation of what was going to happen next. Her laugh was so genuine and could lighten any room. Her love for our Heavenly Father was always first and foremost in her life. We have peace knowing we will see her again, and that she's now in a place where she can hear every story and see every moment without missing a thing. We will all greatly miss her.

The Funeral services for Yolanda Lucero will be Monday, December 18, 2017, 10:00 a.m. at North Church, 4700 San Mateo Blvd, Albuquerque, NM officiated by Pastor Daniel.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to North Church children's ministry.
