Winifred Watkins

WATKINS, WINIFRED V. WATKINSA long-time resident of Albuquerque passed away suddenly last weekend. Win, a former Queen of the organization, Daughters of the Nile, was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Dick R. Watkins, Jr., and by her son, Dickerson Watkins, III, both of Albuquerque. She is survived by a son and two daughters, two granddaughters, and a great-granddaughter, all from out-of-town. A long-time member of Cosmopolitan Woman's Club, she twice served as president. She was very active in church activities and in the community and will be missed by her many friends and loving family.
