Willie H. Garcia

 Willie H. Garcia, aged 84, beloved Son, Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, and Friend, went home to be with Our Lord on May 28, 2024.

 Willie was born to Leo and Jesusita Garcia on February 11, 1940 in Carnuel, New Mexico. He is survived by by his wife of 60 years; Mary (Helen) Garcia, Daughter; Georgia Garcia, Sister; Bertha Martínez and husband Ruben; Brother-in-law, Jake Armenta; Sister-in-law, Jenny Garcia; Sister-in-law, Mela Garcia. Grandchildren; Juan Pacheco, Desiree Garcia, Angel Tapia, Ariel Tapia, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.

 He was preceded in death by his parents Leo and Jesusita Garcia; Sons, Julian Garcia, Jude Garcia; Sister, Daisy Armenta; Brothers, Levi Garcia, Albert Garcia, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

 Willie was a Veteran, who served in the US States Marine Corps, and was Honorably Discharged as a Lance Corporal (E-3). He then was a Federal Firefighter on Kirtland Air Force Base for 20+years, and retired as Lead Firefighter.

 Willie was an avid football fan and loved the Dallas Cowboys! He was also an avid auto racing fan, and loved classic cars, trucks and car shows. He enjoyed playing his guitar, loved NM Spanish music, working in his yard and being outdoors, but most of all, loved his hot, red and green chile!

 Willie will never be forgotten. Our memories of him will remain. He will be sorely missed and forever loved! Thank you for your service! “Semper Fi” Willie!
