William Durward (DC) Crowder, 89, a resident of Albuquerque since 1978, died Sunday March 16, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Camoleat Crowder; his daughters; Camellia Barnes, Dianna Johnson, and Camie Marney, and his son, Craig Crowder, as well as their spouses, who are all residents of Albuquerque. He was also blessed with nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Ordained the Reverend W. D. Crowder, a Methodist Minister, he retired from the Texas Conference of United Methodist Ministers and moved his family to Albuquerque where he worked as a Real Estate Broker and continued to minister to the community, voluntarily, throughout his life. Reverend Crowder held a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Theology from Southern Methodist University. He touched the lives of everyone he met, was loved by his family and community, and will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2008, 3:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel.
