William "Andy" Shields

William (Andy) Shields, 41, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2015 surrounded by his family. Andy was born in Portsmouth, Virginia to Stanley and Frances Shields. Andy is survived by his wife, Tammie of seven years; his son, Andrew Lovell; granddaughter, Krissy-Lynn; brothers, Stanley Robert Shields II and Michael A. Shields; and sister Cheri Ann Shields. Andy will be greatly missed by numerous relatives, friends and all that knew and loved him.
