William Patrick Regan, III, a 22 year United States Air Force veteran, passed away on Sunday September 3, 2017. During his long Air Force career, which began in 1950, Pat served combat tours of duty in both Korea and Vietnam . He also served a number of years in Northern Japan, where he met his wife, Aiko. While stationed in the states, Pat was part of a small special group who worked with Westinghouse on the Avionics Conversion of the F-4C model. He retired from the Air Force in 1974, and made Albuquerque his permanent home.

Pat received a degree from a local university. He also spent a few years perusing a secondary real estate career.

Pat is preceded in death by his wife, Akio; his mother, Gwendolyn Hatch Regan, and his father, William Patrick Regan, Jr. He is survived by his sister, Mary Gwen Regan; and his brothers, Edgar Hatch, and Robert Michael. He also leaves his nephew, Kevin Patrick and Kevin’s boys, K.P. and Cooper, as well as many cousins.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2017, 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Lomas. Interment will be held Friday, September 8, 2017, 9:00 a.m. at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe.
