William James McNeal III, age 76, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019.
William retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service. He fought in Vietnam and received five bronze stars, a true American hero.
William was a humorous son, father, grandfather, brother, and friend who brought people together. He loved watching golf and spending his days at the casino.
He will be deeply missed by many.
William was preceded in death by his father, William James McNeal Jr.; daughters, Evelyn M. Livingston, Patrice A. McNeal; and son, Seth J. McNeal.
He is survived by his mother, Margaret Brown; son, Calvin Labee Jr. (Little Billy); brothers, Hewitt Brown and wife, Paula, Harold Brown, Ronald Brown; sister, Wanda Walker; grandchildren, Bernadette Martinez and husband, Eugene Martinez Jr., Joshua McNeal, Rayson Knight, Keyson Knight, Clara-Jo Knight, Donald Chagios, Katherine Livingston, and Travis Livingston; great-grandchildren, Santiago Maldonado, Chloee Maldonado, Leylani Martinez, Eugene Martinez III, Myriah Martinez, Deon Martinez, Donald Chagios Jr., Naomi Chagios, Evelyn Chagios, Shaniqua Labee, and Frankie Gross-Labee.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Lomas.
