William Dakota "Precious" Lewis, 30, a proud warrior of Pueblo and Diné descent, who was never afraid of life and its challenges, passed away at his home on Monday, March 14, 2016.
Born and raised in Santa Fe, NM, Precious was a jovial spirit who always had a story to share. Some stories made you smile and laugh, while others made you roll your eyes and nod your head in disbelief. Either way he always left you with an earful. Let us all smile inside and out when he comes to mind, knowing he touched our hearts and lives with his ever so loving spirit.
Precious is survived by his son and daughter; his grandmother, Julia P Herrera; his parents, Yvonne Lewis and Bill Lewis; siblings, Teena Marie Talachy, Brian Talachy and wife Sara Talachy, Tami Lewis, Tanner Lewis and partner Tanya Nicholas, Winter Lewis, and Guy Lewis; and nieces and nephews, Jeff and partner Heather, Estevan, Brandon, Brianna, Nathan, Kaine, Devin, Grace, Mesa, and Jackson; and great nieces and nephews, Sydney, Rhiannon, Drake and Solei.
