William (Bill) Grommes

William (Bill) Grommes, age 79, of Albuquerque, passed away Friday, May 6, 2022.

Bill was a Vietnam Veteran who honorably served in and retired from the United States Air Force. His favorite hobbies included cross country motorcycle rides with his cousin and friends, and watching as many cowboy movies, and TV shows as possible.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Grommes, and wife of 34 years, Patricia Grommes. Bill is survived by his children; daughter, Donna Esmond, husband Leo; son, Scott Grommes, wife Shannon; his grandchildren, Kayla, husband Jason, Sean, wife Kelsey, Ashley, Jared, Joshua; great-grandchildren, Audrina, and Elizabeth; and his sister, Cheryl Rubi.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 21, 2022, at 1:00 p.m., at FRENCH – Westside.
