William Dennis

William R Dennis, born on July 17, 1943, in Urbana, IL, and raised in Albuquerque, NM, peacefully passed away on September 17, 2024, at the age of 81. William was a proud Navy veteran, having served his country. He graduated from Albuquerque High School and later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. William found his passion in the industry of surveying and CAD, working diligently as a Civil Engineer Tech for the USDA.

Known for his sharpshooting skills and love for firearms, William had a special place in his heart for the outdoors. He cherished his time spent in nature, hunting, and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. His dedication to his work and his country was unwavering, leaving a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

He is preceded in death by his parents Roland Z Dennis and Frances Konche Dennis and wife Mary Dennis. William is survived by his life long friends Sanae Yata, caregiver/friend Carmela Gomez and cousin Vivian Dennis-Monzingo. His memory will continue to live on in their hearts, a testament to the kind and caring man he was.

Funeral services and ceremonies to honor William's life will be announced in the near future, allowing family and friends to pay their respects and reminisce on the wonderful memories shared with him. As William's journey continues into eternity, may he find peace and solace in the memories left behind.
