Virginia Aragon, 87, was called to her eternal resting place on Thursday, February 16, 2023. She entered this world on Monday, November 25, 1935, in Los Angeles, CA, born to Jack and Mary Macias.
Virginia raised three children and was an excellent homemaker. She was a pianist and could pick up songs anywhere without ever seeing the sheet music. She loved to ski in her younger years and loved watching and playing golf. She and husband, Maurio, enjoyed traveling all over Europe throughout the years. Virginia was an active volunteer with the Felician Sisters in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. She also loved her dogs.
She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Brehm and her husband, Richard Kyle; and daughter, Janette Aragon; son Michael and his wife, Lani Aragon; grandchildren, Wayne Brehm, Chuck Brehm, Paul Rivera, Andrea Keller, Christina Aragon, Dylan Woodcock, Michael Aragon Jr., Justin Kyle, and Morgan Kyle; great grandchildren, Enzo Brehm, Ezra Brehm, Ximon Reinsel, Ezekiel Reinsel, Corban Reinsel, and Cameron Kyle.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Maurio Aragon; parents, Mary and Jack Macias; and her infant brother, Raymon Macias; as well as many relatives and friends.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday March 9, 2023, from 4 pm - 6 pm at French Funerals and Cremations, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday March 10, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Risen Savior Catholic Church, 7701 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
