March 25, 1926 — May 16, 2016

Vieva L. Kells ("Vicie") died on May 16, 2016. Vicie was born in Marshville, West Virginia on March 25, 1926. Her son Steve was a prominent architect, involved with many historic architectural projects in Albuquerque and New Mexico including the Kimo Theater, the Albuquerque High School renovation, and the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad in Chama. Vicie is survived by her best friend, Linda Ellis of Ravenswood, WV; her cousin, Connie Vonachen of Burlington, WI; and her niece, Kim Pulice of Bridgeport, WV. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Vicie's memory to Friends of the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, Inc., 4421 McLeod NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
