Victor L. Vallejos

Victor L. Vallejos unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. He was 63 years of age. Victor was born October 22, 1959, in Albuquerque, NM, to Isidro and Lupe Vallejos. Victor was the youngest of six; Carole, Dianna, Andy, Jennie, and Dolly who survived him.

Victor attended Manzano High School, and then moved on to his profession as a meat cutter. Victor continued his career with Azar's, Smith's and Albertson's. He also managed the meat market for many years. He retired 5 years ago and was able to enjoy life to the fullest.

Victor met his wife, Yvonne, at a young age and they have been happily married for over 40 years. They have three children: Melanie (Lawrence), Erika (Matthew), Victor (Gabrielle) as well as two grandchildren, Arianna (12) and Gabriel (10).

Victor loved to be around his family. He enjoyed meeting up with his friends and family for breakfast and lunch. He very much enjoyed his morning donuts and coffee. He loved to get caught up on all his shows and take his afternoon naps. He enjoyed going on camping and lake trips with family and friends, and he never missed a night at the dinner table with his nightly glass of wine with Yvonne.

Victor leaves behind a family who loves him deeply and will miss him greatly. Until we meet again in heaven, we will miss you our beloved Dear, Dad, Dampa, Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle, Godfather, and friend.

A rosary will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023, 6:00 p.m., at FRENCH - University.
Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023, 11:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church, 811 Guaymas Pl NE Albuquerque, NM 87108, followed by a burial at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery at 7999 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM. A Celebration of Life will take place after with details to follow.
