FOSS, VICKIE LYNN Age 59, of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2014. She is survived by son, Evan Wells Tyhurst Foss of Albuquerque, NM; mother, Rachel Tyhurst; sisters, Renee (Gary) Jackson and Stephanie (Jim) Cannaday; brother, Stephen Tyhurst; along with many nieces and nephews. Vickie was preceded in death by her husband, Rexford Allen Foss; and father, Paul Arthur Tyhurst. She was a proud business owner of Balanced Books Accounting.
