Velma Gurule beloved mother and grandmother born Wednesday, July 14, 1926 in Fairview, New Mexico went home to be with the Lord Jesus Christ on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at the age of 93.
Moved to Los Angeles California, where she retired from Jack Bryant after 30+ years. She received the lord Jesus Christ at a Billy Graham gathering and began her spiritual walk as a prayer counselor at TBN for many years. Velma was a member of Victory Love Fellowship (under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Rob Carmen) graduated from Victory Bible School of Ministry, served as a greeter, worked in the audio/tape ministry and held bible studies in her home for almost 2 decades.
Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing this amazing, loving, caring, praying woman went away blessed. Velma had a fervent love for God and people. Her humor and wittiness will always be remembered and missed. She always said, “I am too much” (AND SHE WAS).
