Trinidad L. Martinez
September 16, 1942 — July 19, 2017
Trinidad “Lala” Martinez was born September 16, 1942, embraced by God and taken home on July 19, 2017. She is survived by her loving children, their spouses and her grandchildren. Trinidad was married for 47 years to Robert A. Martinez. She was a lifetime resident of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Trinidad was a dedicated and passionate advocate to her patients as a former nurse, as well as a loving grandmother to her grandchildren. Trinidad traveled extensively abroad and domestically. She loved meeting new people and embraced new experiences. She loved New Mexico and took great pride in her heritage.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at FRENCH – Westside.
A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church located in Rio Rancho, NM, and burial will follow the Mass at San Jose De Armijo, located at Arenal and Coors SW in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
