Travis Zeleny

Travis Zeleny, age 80, beloved father, passed away August 23, 2015. Travis was known in the Albuquerque community as "Mr. Chevy", serving 40 plus years with General Motors. His other passions were his love of family and golf. He was a lifetime Honorary Rotarian and was a Paul Harris Fellow and a Clinton P. Anderson Fellow. He is survived by his children, Laurie Zeleny of New York City, NY, Greg Zeleny and Elaine Zeleny of Albuquerque, NM, and Shirley Sinkey, his dearly held significant other. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, Evan Scarcell, Ryan Scarcell, Teryn Zeleny and Travis J. Zeleny. Travis was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanelle Zeleny in 2003. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming. Services will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at Chester T. French Memorial Mausoleum Chapel, 924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
