Timoteo "Ike" Salazar

Timoteo “Ike” Isaias Salazar  was welcomed into Heaven on February 18, 2020 at the age of 75.

He was born in 1944 in Taos, New Mexico to Amado and Maria Elsie Gutierrez Salazar; the sixth of seven children. He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers,  Rev. Lloyd Salazar and Rev. Robert Salazar.

He is survived by his son, Douglas Salazar, and two daughters, Patricia Thompson and husband Greg, and Carolyn Hagel. He is also remembered by twelve granddaughters and their spouses, and twenty great grandchildren, with more on the way, His two brothers, John Salazar, Amado Salazar and wife Jessie,and two sisters, Rose Holcomb and Elsie Baca.

Ike was known for his love for the Lord, his sense of  humor and his generosity.

Funeral services will be held at Northdale Baptist Church Thursday, February 27, 2020, 2:00 p.m. followed by interment at Sunset Memorial Park.  Join us at 12:00 for a luncheon to celebrate together and share our best memories and moments.
