Thomas Alan Wash

Thomas A. Wash, age 59, beloved husband, father, brother, and son, passed away on Monday, May 14, 2018, with his family by his side after a courageous battle with cancer. Tom was born on January 3, 1959, in Fresno, CA, to Dennis and Sonja Wash. He lived in California until age 31 when he relocated with his family to Albuquerque, NM. Tom was easy going, fun, and loved his family. He enjoyed traveling the world, going to his second home in Maui, golfing, boating, car racing, and RV camping with friends and family. He retired in 2014 after 24 years in engineering management at Intel Rio Rancho.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Tammy; son, Kameron (Dallas, TX), and son, Collin (Albuquerque, NM). He is also survived by his father, Dennis Wash; sister, Denise Klemm (Jerry); brother, Robert Cegielski (Shannon); and stepfather, Joel Cegielski, all of Fresno, CA. He also leaves behind many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and the ABQ Camping Crew family.
