"I remember my first trip to New Mexico. It was also the first time we met. He and I drove back from Lisa's house so we could talk and get to know each. Barbara flew back. We stopped at a rest area and Hopei Indians had jewelry laid out on blankets. He bought me 3 necklaces and earrings. We held hands while we walked. I was 30 years old and got to hold my dad's hand the first time. I'll never forget that day." ~ Sheila

Good friend and neighbor Carla "He had great stories of his childhood, his time in the service, his truck driving days, he and Barbie's (as he called her) life together. And all of his handy work! The many things he built and anytime I wanted something done, he was there to help do it. He was always willing to help anyone at any time!"
