Theresa Phelps
April 20, 1930 — October 17, 2017
Theresa Phelps, 87, beloved sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on October 17, 2017. She entered this world on April 20, 1930 in Watrous, NM. She worked at Sandia National Laboratory in the Accounting and Payroll department for several decades and retired from there. She was a strong woman and matriarch of the family, full of kindness and grace, who will be greatly missed.
Theresa is survived by her sister, Rose Landers; brother, Eli Gonzales; sons, Larry Phelps and Richard Phelps. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved dearly.
Friends and family may visit on Monday, October 23, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming. Services will be held Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. also at FRENCH - Wyoming.
