THERESA "TREAT" MOORE - BORN IN DESIRE, PENNSYLVANIA ON JULY 19, 1958 THE YOUNGEST OF SIX. THERESA JOINED THE US AIR FORCE AS AN INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST IN 1976 AND WAS STATIONED IN LUBBOCK, TEXAS WHERE SHE MET HER HUSBAND JOHN MOORE, MARRYING ON JUNE 10, 1977. DURING HER MILITARY SERVICE SHE TRAVELED THE WORLD AND SPENT SEVERAL YEARS IN KOREA AND GERMANY WHERE HER 2 CHILDREN DANIELLE AND NAOMI WERE BORN. SHE AND JOHN LEFT THE MILITARY AND SETTLED IN ALBUQUERQUE NEW MEXICO WHERE SHE DEVOTED TIME TO BEING A WIFE, MOTHER, GRAND-MOTHER AND GREAT GRAND-MOTHER. SHE WAS HAPPIEST SPENDING TIME WITH HER GRAND CHILDREN JOSHUA, JAXSON AND KOURTNEY. SHE ENJOYED SPENDING TIME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS, CAMPING, FISHING AND GARDENING WITH HUSBAND. THERESA OFTEN ENJOYED BEATING NAOMI AT SCRABBLE, READING AND CROSSWORD PUZZLES. THERESA WAS UNIQUE IN HER OWN WAY, STUBBORN, STRONG, CARING, PASSIONATE AND NEVER TOOK ANYONE'S NONSENSE. THERESA WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR ANYONE WHO EVER NEEDED ANYTHING AND IF SHE COULD HELP, SHE WOULD. SHE LIVED HER LIFE THE WAY SHE WANTED AND OFTEN PUT OTHERS FIRST. SHE WAS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP CARE FOR THE FAMILY, PROVIDE ADVICE, AND A HOME TO ANYONE WHO NEEDED IT. SHE WAS PROCEEDED IN DEATH BY HER PARENTS RAYMOND M AND ALBERTA L SNYDER, HER BROTHERS DALE SNYDER, CARL SNYDER, LARRY SNYDER. HER BROTHERS IN LAW WILLIAM MOORE, DONALD HARRISON; HER SISTERS IN LAW EVALYN ROSS AND MARJORIE SMITH, HER NEPHEWS RICHARD HARRISON AND LESTER MOORE, HER NIECE BILLIE MOORE. SHE IS SURVIVED BY HER HUSBAND JOHN MOORE HER DAUGHTERS DANIELLE HENDERSON (CHRISTIAN HENDERSON) OF CARIBOU, MAINE; NAOMI SULLIVAN (GREGORY SULLIVAN), HER GRAND-CHILDREN KOURTNEY MONTANO (NICHOLAS MONTANO), JOSHUA WILLIS (MERISSA BALL) DEVON NIETO, SHIRLEY NIETO, BROOKE HENDERSON, IAN HENDERSON, AND HER GREAT-GRANDSONS JAXSON, JORDEE AND NICHOLAS. HER SISTERS SANDY SNYDER AND ELIZABETH HICKOK, SISTERS IN LAW, MARYANNE HARRISON, SUE MOORE (TOMMY BREWSTER); BROTHER IN LAW CHARLES MOORE (KARL DUBOIS) AND NUMEROUS NIECES, NEPHEWS AND EXTENDED FAMILY. THERESA PASSED AWAY PEACEFULLY AFTER A GREAT FISHING TRIP WITH HER HUSBAND ON APRIL 29, 2023. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, WE REQUEST DONATIONS TO HELP SUPPORT JOHN THROUGH THIS DIFFICULT TIME, ANY DONATIONS CAN BE MADE BY CONTACTING NAOMI SULLIVAN. FAMILY WILL BE HAVING PRIVATE SERVICES.
