Theresa Martine Greenwell

Age 83, a long time resident of Albuquerque, NM, formally of Owensboro, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2014. Theresa was preceded in death by her husband Robert M. Greenwell and a daughter Carolyn S. Lancaster of Seattle, Washington; her parents, Joseph A. Stuart and Minnie C. Ballard Stuart; brothers: Marvin Stuart, Gerald Stuart, sisters: Helen Warren and brother-in-law Roger; and Sister Helen Ann. She is survived by her children, Michael J. Greenwell, Catherine A. Woody, Janet M. Brown, Laurie J. Forbes and husband Bernie. Grandchildren: Heather Merendon, Gregory S. Greenwell, Rochelle N. Blondin, Suzanne L. Woody, David Lancaster Jr., Marie S. Greenwell, Justin R. Blunt and Christine R. Forbes, nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews; sister-in-law Agnes Stuart. Theresa enjoyed playing cards with her family, shopping at the thrift store, Albertson's and visiting with the many friends she made wherever she went. She enjoyed watching TV, especially the judge shows and suspenseful movies. She especially took a delight in taking care of her daughters' dog and cat, walking around the park and talking to the neighbors. A private celebration of life will take place at a later date.
