Theodore Eino Hissa

Age 77, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 24, 2014. He was born on January 2, 1937 in Iron River, Wisconsin. At the age of 18, he joined the United States Air Force. In 1958, he met Nancy F. Sanchez and they were married December 18, 1959. They had three wonderful children, four grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. Ted loved to hunt, fish, fix and build things and sit in his garage with his dogs, family and friends and drink beer. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is preceded in death by his mother, Marion Hissa; father, Eino Hissa; brother, Frank Hissa and best friend, Ronnie Farmer. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Nancy F. Hissa; son, Bobby T. Hissa; daughters, Denise M. Hinkle and Michelle N. Hissa; granddaughters, Justine N. Parris, Brook M. Hinkle and Bobbi L. Hinkle; grandson, Chase T. Hinkle; great-granddaughter, Faith D. Hissa; great-grandson, Beauxregard Wells and many more family members and friends. A Memorial Service will be Wednesday, April 30, 2014, 11:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Interment will be Thursday, May 1, 2014, 9:45 a.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
