Thelnessa "Tess" McKinney

Thelnessa "Tess" McKinney, age 74, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 26, 2014. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, David McKinney; daughter, DeeAnna Waring and husband, Trey; grandchildren, Maggie, Mitchel, Trevor and Chey-Lee; and brother, Bob Witt and wife Pam. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Catherine Renee Anderson; and her parents, Jim and Mildred Witt. Tess was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and had a deep love for her extended family and her church family. She was very faithful to the Lord, serving and teaching Bible Study Fellowship for 15 years and Community Bible Study for 11 years. Tess began a bible study in Winston, NM where the Lord had led her and she fell in love with the people of that community. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Winston Country Church, 2899 Highway 52, Winston, NM 87943.
