Terri Day

Terri Y. Day was born September 2, 1957 to Ben and Tincy Day. Terri was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque. She graduated from Rio Grande High School in 1975 and her career was spent enriching the lives of senior citizens in the Albuquerque community. Terri loved many things like cooking, gardening, music, movies and traveling, but what she loved most in the world was her children. Terri became a mother to Mark in 1977 and to Paige in 1984. Terri was of small stature, but her love for her children and granddaughters was huge; Her love was fierce and profound, as was her strength. Terri found peace as she passed away on August 25, 2024 after many afflictions and battles with her health. Terri was preceded in death by her grandparents, Waldon and Priscilla McCall, her father, Ben Day, her brother, Baron Day, and her beloved son, Mark Gordon. Terri is survived by her mother, Tincy Day, her sisters, Joshlynn Jaramillo and Debbie Day, her daughter, Paige Gordon, her three beautiful granddaughters, who were the absolute light of her life, Brooklyn Grace, Ivy Lark and Riley Jean and her best and closest friend since birth, Bev Shock. She was loved deeply by her family and friends and will be forever missed.
