Following a lengthy illness, Ted, age 71 passed from life on Saturday April 30, 2016. He was born in Hamburg, IA on June 20, 1944. He lived his life in Albuquerque and Bosque Farms. Ted worked for GE as a machinist for 30 years before his retirement. He then volunteered as a docent for the New Mexico Museum of Natural History and the Unser Racing Museum. He was a member of the New Mexico Roadrunner Leather Guild. He participated in the New Mexico State Fair and numerous crafts shows, winning many ribbons.
Ted is survived by his wife of 30 years, Sue of the family home; son, James and wife Vicki of Albuquerque; brother, Gary of Albuquerque; sister, Dorothy Englebrecht and husband Lloyd of Farmington, NM; sister, Marjorie (Bobbie) Coco and husband Chuck of Oceanside, Ca.; and stepson, Joel Galassini and wife Lisa of San Antonio, TX. There are also numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Services will be held on Wednesday May 11, 2016, 1:00 p.m. at FRENCH - University.
