Affentranger, Sgt. Taylor Scott
Sgt. Taylor Scott Affentranger was born on April 6, 1992 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Scott Affentranger and Pamela Gonzales. Taylor went to be with the Lord on December 22, 2017. Taylor was the husband, to Courtney Affentranger and had a beautiful son, Rownan Affentranger who turned two years old on December 12. Taylor was a loving son, brother, husband and father. Taylor attended school in the Albuquerque Public Schools and joined the U.S. Army in 2011. He served his country as a proud solider in Afghanistan and Italy. He returned to the United States as a hero and distinguished veteran. Taylor served his country proudly and with the utmost honor. Taylor was currently attending Central New Mexico Community on his G.I. Bill and enthusiastically enjoying his course work towards a bachelor’s degree. Taylor enjoyed learning and was excited about his future, dedicated to his family, community and country. Taylor will be dearly missed by all who loved him. He is survived by his father, Scott Affentranger and wife Miriah; his mother, Pamela Gonzales and husband Ken; his wife, Courtney Affentranger; his son, Rownan Affentranger; his grandmother, Treva Affentranger, his younger sister, Ashley Affentranger; his younger brother, Bracton Affentranger; his step-brother, Dallen Fluitt and step-sister, Ashlyn Fluitt. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park at 924 Menaul Blvd. NE Albuquerque, NM 87107.
