Susie Luna was called to the Lord to join her husband Fred C Luna and her daughter Bertha Halderman.  My grandma was born Susie Ulibarri in 1935 in Vaughn, NM.  Her parents were Adelina and Juan Chavez Ulibarri.  Susie married Victor Tenorio in 1952 and had 4 children.  Susie was a homemaker and a talented seamstress.  She sewed for her children, grandchildren, priests and countless friends.  Susie spent over 20 years volunteering at the Senior Citizens Center in Santa Clara where she lived with her husband Fred Luna.  Susie will always be remembered for her generous nature, her huge smile, her colorful language and her love for her family and friends.  She is survived by 3 siblings Pete Ulibarri, Raymond Ulibarri and Bernice Dominguez; her children June Tapia, Ted Tenorio, and Danny Tenorio; 16 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.  Services for Susie will be Wednesday, September 26 in Vaughn, NM beginning at 9am with a viewing; rosary at 10am; funeral mass at 11am; burial at Evergreen Cemetery and reception at City Hall to follow.
