Steven Abeita

Steven F. Abeita, 66, of Albuquerque, passed Tuesday, April 16, 2013. He is survived by wife, Roseanne Abeita; daughters, Deborah Lee, Sheri Lee Red Shirt, Victoria Abeita, and Stephanie Abeita; sons, Abel Abeita and Jered Lee; ten grandchildren; sisters, Josie, Laura, Pam and Grace; and brothers, Lewis and Frederick Jr. He is a Laguna Pueblo Tribal member and a US Army Vietnam Veteran. Steven was also a member of the American Legion Post 72. Services will be held on Monday, April 22, 2013, 10:00 a.m. at French - University, with his brother, Frederick Abeita Jr. officiating. A committal service will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Tuesday, at 9:45 a.m.
