Stephen Mark Roberts

Stephen Mark Roberts, age 67, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend passed away on January 14, 2019. Steve was known for his quick wit and irreverent sense of humor. He was funny, fun loving and loved to tease. He was born in Wyoming. He is preceded in death by his father, Ken; his mother, Mary; and his brother, Judd. He was known as Buddy to his grandchildren. Steve is survived by his wife, Debi; his son, Stephen (Jill); and grandchildren, Tyler, Andrew and Savannah; brothers, Ken (Carol), Jon (Paula), Pete, Rob; in-laws; numerous nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He courageously fought MS for over 35 years and never complained. As a young man he loved horses and baseball. He loved his family and friends, his cat Bee (aka Gato), a good drink and pinto beans. He enjoyed traveling, music and art. He was not a religious man but he was a good, honest and loyal man. He enjoyed the simple things in life like spending time at home with his wife of 46 years, who was also his best friend.

There will be a Celebration of Life on February 16, 2019. Memorial contributions may be made to MS Copay Assistance Program, The Assistance Fund, www.TAFcares.org. The family wishes to thank Legacy Home Health and Hospice.
