Stella Francis Pacheco

January 10th, 1944 - April 2nd, 2018

Stella Pacheco, age 74, our precious and beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother; on April 2nd, 2018 at 12:02am, passed away peacefully in her own home, surrounded by her loved ones. Stella was born in Clayton, New Mexico where she met the love of her life, Bobby, they moved to Albuquerque in 1968 where they raised their family and were happily married for 53 years. Stella was known for her willingness to give anyone who came into her life, unconditional love as if they were her own family. She continues to live through her husband Joe Robert “Bobby” Pacheco, her four children, Jacquelin Quintana (David), Cynthia Cadman (Jack), Brenda Grier (Michael), and Monty Pacheco (Jolene), she also lives throughout her eleven grandchildren; Kyle Lamb, Spencer Orr, Nevarez Encinias, Christina Orr, McKenna Griego (Justin), Isabella Grier, Avery Lamb, Michael Grier III, Sophia Cadman, Robert Pacheco, and Lucy Cadman. Then through her only great grandchild, Cynciir Orr. While also living through her brothers, Alfred Dominguez, Reynaldo Dominguez (Charlotte), Jimmy Archuleta (Betty), and her sisters Florence Basye, Elise Martinez, and Lydia Montano (Benny). She also leaves many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Also touching Stella’s life were the numerous kids under her care that have walked through her doors throughout the past 40+ years, whom knew her as Granny, until her retirement in 2015. Stella was preceded in death by her mother Amelia Dominguez-Archuleta, her stepfather Joe Archuleta, and her brother Freddie Dominguez.

A Rosary will be held on Saturday, April 7th, 2018 at 5 pm at FRENCH – Lomas, 10500 Lomas Blvd NE. Reception to follow at American Legion Post 99, 540 Louisiana Blvd, NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
