Soledad Serna

Soledad Serna, 76, our beloved mother, passed away November 25, 2015. She was born in Santa Barbara, Chihuahua, Mexico, and was a lifelong resident of El Paso, TX. Soledad was an auxiliary member of the St. Jude Thaddeus Legion of Mary in Albuquerque, NM.
She is survived by her children, Samuel (Patricia) of Rio Rancho, NM and Saul (Lori) of Barnhart, MO; her grandchildren, Chris, Erika, Esther, Mark, Lizette, Marysol (Joaquin), Yvette, Eduardo, Samantha, Kevin, Valerie (Antonio), Saul Jr., Jerry, Justin and Sierra; great-grandchildren, Leah, Stephanie, Joel (Gordo), Serena, Marco, Julian and Ayana; her siblings, Leocadio (Eustolia), Manuel, Arcenio (Eva), Modesta and Elias (Consuelo) Valenzuela and numerous nephews and nieces.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Rosary, followed by a Funeral Mass, on Friday, December 11, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114.
Memorial donations may be made in Soledad's name to The American Cancer Society.
