"Slim, Baby Bear, Bull" age 22, passed away unexpected on May 17, 2013 at Chevron Mine Inc. in Questa, NM. He currently resided in Mora, NM. He was born on July 20, 1990 to his loving mother Roxanne Garcia. He graduated from Sandia High School in 2008. He is a current employee at Chevron Mine Inc. located in Questa, NM as a Motor Man. He was a young man on a mission who left behind many memories. He is preceded in death by daughter Vada Garcia; father Andrew Maestas; and great-grandfather's George Garcia and George W. Duran. He is survived by his beloved wife Bryn Garcia; son Aiden Garcia; daughter Sophia Gutierrez; mother Roxanne Garcia; brother Jesus "Gordos" Garcia and Cierra Lords; Uncle/brother JR and Aunt Lenae Garcia; Aunt/sister Vanessa and Uncle Bear Martinez; Uncle/brother Matthew Garcia; grandma/mom Sally and grandpa Joseph "Waldo" Valdez; grandpa/dad George and grandma Janet Garcia; aunt Vanessa and Mario Apodoca; special uncle Larry and aunt Esther; great-grandmother's Velma Duran and Pearl Garcia; close and special friends Mikey Atilano and Joe Encee, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and co-workers. Catholic Rosary will be recited on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at 7:00 pm at FRENCH - Lomas. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 24, 2013 at 10:00am at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5311 Phoenix Ave NE Albuquerque, NM. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd. NE Albuquerque, NM.
