Shirley Johnson

Age 77, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, October 11, 2012. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Lewis Edward Johnson Jr.; daughter, Troylyn (John) LeForge, son, Lewis Edward (Cindy) Johnson III, daughter, Jylena (Richard) McCrea, son, David Brent (Jennifer) Johnson, son, Joseph Lee (Paige) Johnson, son, Patrick William (Stacey) Johnson, daughter, Suayn (Nick) Moise, son, Richard McCrea, daughter, Cindy Johnson; 27 grandchildren 6 great grandchildren; brothers, Dwight, Ron and Larry; and sister, Pat Tatum. She was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Lena Tatum and brother Dwayne. Shirley's entire life reflected her belief, "the only thing that matters in life are the lives you touch." As a wife, mother, friend, grandmother "Ami", and teacher her touch was immeasurable. Services will be held on Monday, October 15, 2012, 2:00 pm at French - Wyoming Chapel.
