Shirley Audrey Gordon passed away February 25, 2016 in Albuquerque after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in San Francisco, CA on July 15, 1929 to Milvala and Merton Wells. She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Laverne; and son, Kevin. Shirley is survived by her daughter, Carolyn.
Shirley was a loving mother and known for her contagious laugh and loving spirit. She was an avid gardener and talented interior decorator. She will be missed.
Memorial Services will be held Monday, March 21, 2016, 10:00 a.m., at Christ the Ray of Hope Lutheran Church, 7001 San Antonio Dr. NE #L. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity of your choice.
