Sheryl Lynne Fleck

Sheryl Lynne Fleck, née Lunde, formerly of Denver, CO and residing in Albuquerque, NM, beloved spouse, daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother was called to her eternal resting place on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at age 70 after a long, hard fight with cancer. Born to Robert and Marjorie Lunde on January 9, 1953, she graduated from Colorado State University in 1975. She devoted her career to occupational therapy, serving in the Albuquerque Public Schools for over 25 years. Sheryl was an avid artist, crafter, reader, quilter, and student of the Bible with a passion for teaching Sunday School at Faith Lutheran Church for many years before retiring. She loved traveling the states to see her grandchildren and sightseeing with her husband on the back of a motorcycle. She had a flair for sharing her passions with family and friends that will truly be missed.

She is survived by her loving husband, Mark Fleck; her stepdaughter, Christine Morgan (Manuel); son, Edward (Kimberley); daughter, Kathryn Charnota (Thomas); her grandchildren Jeremy, Cory, Sierra, David, Ayden, Samantha, Noelle, Ivey, and Morgan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Marjorie; and sister, Barbee.

A Funeral Service and celebration of her life will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, 11:00 a.m., at Faith Lutheran Church, 10000 Spain Rd. NE, Albuquerque NM, 87111.
