Senaida (Sadie) Marjerison

Senaida (Sadie) Marjerison, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on Friday, September 20, 2024. She was born on May 18, 1931, in Capulin, CO to Bernardo and Solema Trujillo.

Sadie was preceded in death by her husband, James Marjerison; one stepson; three grandchildren and her first husband, Pete Chacon.

She is survived by her children, Kathy Saavedra, Angelica Chacon, Peter Chacon, Linda Noort, Sue Chacon and Michelle Chacon; as well as stepchildren, Barney Marjerison, Donny Marjerison, Theresa Marjerison and their spouses; as well as grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

Sadie had a quick wit and the ability to make friends wherever she went. She loved playing the piano and organ and played at mass for most of her life. She will be greatly missed.

Rosary will be held Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., followed by mass at 10:00 a.m., St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Capulin, CO.
