Sandy Winfrey, a lifelong resident of New Mexico, died Thursday, February 11, 2016 at the Albuquerque VA Hospital after a short illness.
Sandy enjoyed lakes and mountains with camping and fishing. Sandy had a big heart and will be much missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Lois Lane; sister, Ann Pelletier; nieces Katie Pelletier and Heather Beltran and their families, and many cousins.
Burial will be held Friday, February 26, 2016 at 12:45 p.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501.
