Sandra Walker-Wagner

Sandra Walker-Wagner passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017 after a long illness and was surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Mary Walker; and younger sister, Michelle. She is survived by her husband, Doug Wagner; daughter, Amanda Steves and husband, Frank, and their daughters, Kaiya, Carly and Sophia of Albuquerque. Sandra is also survived by her older sister, Lana Walker of Albuquerque; and two nephews, Jason Weisberg and his daughter, Audrey and Chris Weisberg and his wife, Laura and their two daughters, Sydney and Lynsey. Sandra had four step-children, Jon Foreman and wife, Joni and their son, Ethan and daughter Ashley of Oregon City, OR, Caitlin Carbone and husband, Tom and their son, Andrew, daughter, Cecilia, of Glastonbury, CT, Brandi Williams and husband, Tony and their sons, Brandon and Derek of Aurora, CO and Jessica Wagner of Aurora, CO.
Sandra attended Sandia High school and graduated from UNM with a bachelor's degree in Economics. She worked at Sandia Labs for 20 years advancing to Principal Member of Lab Staff with a job title of Financial Analyst. She retired in 2011.
Services will be held Saturday, January 21, 2017, 2:00 p.m., at FRENCH - Wyoming.
